The handicapped-access trail goes 250 feet to a wooden overlook of the Mount Hope River. This is a peaceful secluded spot only two minutes from the Senior Housing complex. It's a great place to sit on the wooden bench or stand at the railing to watch the river flow by.  It's also a fishing spot. Direct access to the water is difficult due to high banks.
